A fugitive of the C-suite at a Fortune 100 company, I have coached thousands of women in business, which has given me insight into what - structurally, systematically and socially - is and isn’t serving women and leaders within an organization.
Maintaining some semblance of sanity in my different roles of wife, mother, and business owner is an ongoing challenge… in whatever free time I have, I enjoy reading and wine guzzling, am an avid cheese enthusiast, a hotel snob, and a reluctant peloton rider.

Nikki wears many hats in her role as Oracle of Operations at Woman's Work, producing the "This Is Woman's Work" podcast, coordinating onboarding and engagement of clients, as well as calendar and events management (this is the professional way of saying she manages Nicole's life, edits out all the unnecessary "ummms" in the podcast, and generally makes us all look good).
Friends with Nicole since childhood, they’re like “sisters from different misters.” Nikki lives in Woodland Hills, CA with her husband and son. She’s a research junkie around all thing’s health and wellness, lives for the outdoors and enjoying time with family and friends.
